These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 6262ph ("6262ph," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://6262ph.co. 6262ph is licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

Players may request closure of their 6262ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and will be processed following withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance. Bonus fund balances are forfeited upon account closure unless they have already met the applicable wagering requirements.

12.2 Suspension by 6262ph

6262ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;

12.3 Effect of Termination

In all other cases of account closure, verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player's last used payment method following completion of any applicable review.
